PT Kereta Api Logistik or a.k.a KAI Logistik is a subsidiary of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). The purpose and Objectives of the Establishment of the Company KAI Logistik are to serve rail-based logistics distribution with a door to door service business packaging to accommodate comprehensive service for railway distribution customers supported by pre- and post- services. KAI Logistik in the services provided by its parent has a role as a value-added creator along the value chain of logistics distribution services, incorporating services provided by KAI. Being part of the logistics industry based on 4.0 KAI Logistik fulfils the needs with a diversity of services ranging from large to meagre scale logistics handling. This focus and strengthening of KAI Logistik’s prominent role are manifested in the Pre-Service and Post-Service stages of services by KAI as well as information technology-based integrated services throughout the logistics distribution service chain.
