Nexus Fitness is a fitness training facility offering both functional fitness and high-intensity interval (HIIT) training. While each class is performed at a high intensity, the two types of training offer different workouts. The Xcel (HIIT) classes are focused on heart rate and involve running, rowing, TRX, dumbbell, and bodyweight movements, while the functional fitness classes incorporate gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting movements. The group classes operate simultaneously in separate rooms, each featuring its own trainer. Nexus Fitness offers training that promotes positivity, encouragement and community both inside and outside of the gym. At Nexus Fitness, we focus on the member's results, feelings, and safety, doing so by promoting an environment of acceptance. All of our coaches believe that we can improve every member's life through the quality gym experience that Nexus offers. We embrace this belief and accept it as our responsibility.
