VISION - Carlstad Crusaders will be Europe's best American football association at all levels. We will be a driving force in the development of the association and sports and welcome a commitment. MISSION - Sports is physical activity that we perform to be able to have fun, feel good and perform more. Sports consist of training and play, competition and demonstration. Sport provides physical, mental, social and cultural development. We organize our sports in independent sections that together form a free and voluntary popular movement united in the association. We will also operate and develop areas linked to our sport, such as referees, match arrangements, leaders, etc. VALUES - The association has agreed on a common set of values on which all sections should be based: - Joy and community - Democracy and participation - Everyone's right to participate - Clean play ORGANIZATION - We divide our sport according to age and level of ambition. By children's sports we generally mean sports up to the age of eleven. By youth sports we mean sports between 12-15 years. By junior sports we mean sports between 16-19 years. By adult sports we mean sports for those who are 20 years or older. We are a unified association that works for the same vision and values, it permeates all sections, both breadth and elite.. The association complies with the UN Convention on Human Rights, the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (the Convention on the Rights of the Child) and the UN International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Currently there are the following sections in our association: -Men's section containing Men's teams and Development teams -Women's section containing Women's teams and Development teams -June section containing U19, U17 and U15 teams -Youth section containing U13 and U11 teams -Children's section containing U9 and U7 teams
