In the last 30 years the W.I.T.S. programs have progressed from Hybrid & In-person practical skill certification collegiate classes that require internships to extended continuing education with online workshops and business courses. The W.I.T.S. programs go past the standard health and fitness workshops to focus on mentored business courses.
