I had drifted from firm to firm, climbed up the ranks, and got that coveted seat at the table. I realized that the success of my career was hurting my personal life. And, that top position wasn’t really what I wanted. I had to do something. That’s when I realized that I could design the life that I wanted. Not the life that was expected of me. Over the past five years, I have done just that. I resigned from my executive position, moved my family across the state, and found a job that gives me the fulfillment and flexibility to help other marketers that are in my situation.
