The Waterloo Region Family Network (WRFN) is a peer-developed and peer-driven network created in 2009 for exceptional families. We support families – parents, caregivers, guardians, individuals with special needs in all life stages, siblings and grandparents – those who make up our network and fill our programs and events. We provide meaningful connections to valuable resources and supports available in our community equipping each family to make decisions that are best for their family.
