My specialty is working with senior leadership teams to identify a team's strengths and weaknesses and then establishing an action plan to increase collaboration and results. The basis of the workshop is personality theory, specifically the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. I have been a certified Myers-Briggs coach since 2002 and have done 100+ team-effectiveness sessions and 1000+ individual profiles in the US and Asia. I have a Masters in Organizational Behavior and was an HR professional with Procter & Gamble for 10+ years.
