Our Story Began in 1992. Rose City Transportation, Inc. opened for business as a motor carrier property broker in May of 1992. Initially, our primary function was to facilitate inbound transportation for Pacific Coast Fruit Co. in Portland, Oregon. Pacific Coast Fruit is an independently owned and operated wholesale produce distributor serving the Pacific Northwest. Our Road to Leadership.
