Motivated by the idea of making architecture a transforming and integrating agent, the architects Bernardo Richter, Fernando Caldeira de Lacerda, and Pedro Amin Tavares founded, in 2008, Arquea: an office that understands the act of designing as a great exercise of proximity and empathy. With the local culture, customers, builders, and the entire chain of people impacted by a project. Architecture as a transformation does not fit into a hermetic pattern. On the contrary, it requires sensitivity to the technical look, always adapted to each contextual particularity.
