Founded in 1938 by Jochem Vreugdenhil Sr. He grew different kinds of vegetables, grapes and tulips and was one of the first to grow amaryllis (60s). The company is currently managed by his grandson Jochem Vreugdenhil. Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants has grown into one of the larger companies of its kind with approximately 120,000 m2 at 3 locations in the Westland.
