Keikakuin's Cost Management service aims to assist various construction projects and leads the client's project to success. The Japanese architectural industry, of its quality and its artistry, is highly competitive and reputable internationally. However, because the acknowledgment level of the role of QS (Quantity Surveyor) in Japan is low, there are many cases where clients have limited options, paying extra expenses. However, this system keeps the PM side and the QS side away from each other. Demerit of this system is that each side proceed the business only within their field, while not being able to grasp the whole project and its progress, often creating a situation where problems emerge at the final stage.
