Carolinas Chinese American Chamber of Commerce The Carolinas Chinese American Chamber of Commerce (CCCC), founded in 2012, is a non-profit, all-volunteer organization. Its mission and goal have always been to promote and encourage economic, cultural and educational exchanges between the US and China, and to serve as an advocate of the Chinese business communities in Carolinas.
