Services:  Permitting: research submission requirements, prepare paperwork for signature and submission, file for building permit, track progress and comments, pick up permit (if requested) once a general contractor is selected.  Pre-development consultations (initial research on jurisdictional requirements, gathering required paperwork, pre-application meetings, etc.)  Courier services: trip charges (this is just a simple pickup and delivery.)  Recording services (NOC’s, bonds, easements, etc.)  Certificates of Use (Zoning document processing) quotes will be provided to client upon request.  Violations (property and expired permits) - quotes will be provided to client upon request.  Business tax receipts – paperwork submittal and process tracking, updates to clients, etc.  Real estate services – we are fully service real estate brokerage.
