The Coaching By Stories (CBS) method uses storytelling techniques to improve and find solutions, combining classic coaching and basic ICF tools with storytelling. CBS can be applied to individual and group sessions (workshops, seminars and masterclasses). Any story can be of great help to the CBS method: from the noblest and ancient stories, such as the Odyssey, to the narrative world of video games, TV series, YouTube and Instagram. Characters and events can become mirrors or mentors by offering broader, deeper tools for: - clarify the objectives - explore resources - re-evaluate the obstacles - get away from judgement - find new ways to achieve goals - use emotions proactively - improve the results by playing with the characters
