Our work is confidential, often commencing with desk studies in order to evaluate a site prior to a client instigating purchase. We plan and implement the ground investigation work, frequently in phases, in order to provide foundation design data. Our early involvement, as part of the professional team, assists in the architectural planning of the development and is also cost effective. We provide Geotechnical Investigation and design recommendations for all forms of building and civil engineering schemes, and are particularly specialised and interested in the analysis of deep excavations, complex pile systems, retaining wall structures and also the interaction between buildings, foundations and tunnels. Our Directors each have over 20 years experience of geotechnical work, including investigations for large motorway projects, town center developments, office projects and numerous industrial and housing schemes. Our company is based on true professional values and as a privately owned organisation, we are not influenced by outside shareholders, or other Group activities. We maintain a personal service dealing directly with the Client and their agents and we have a vested interest in Client satisfaction and long-term company goodwill.
