Founded by Matthew Tarrant following the Rio Olympics in 2016, we set out on a mission to bring indoor and outdoor rowing to the masses. Through video analysis, training programmes and in person visits we want to help you develop mentally and physically to enjoy and be competitive in a sport that you may have not yet discovered. Matthew has represented Great Britain for the last 13 years, starting as a Junior at the World Championships to the present day where he's a current member of the senior team training towards the Tokyo Olympics in 2020. Matthew has won multiple World Championship, World Cup, Henley Regatta, BUCS, Youth Olympic and British Indoor titles.
