Newcom Consulting is a consulting company founded in 2001 by two Italian partners. The company specializes in Management Training and Organizational Consulting using a practical, simple and innovative approach. Its Blended Learning training courses have been recognized as one of the most recent and significant innovations in Management Training and have been published as a case history by Apogeo in the book "Oltre l'Aula" [Beyond the Classroom] (2011 edition). The key advantage of Blended Learning training is flexibility. The courses are perfectly tailored to the needs of the companies, to the time available and to the learning styles of the participants. Newcom training is no longer concentrated into several classroom days. It is, on the contrary, divided into short modules, and consists of short classroom sessions, Webinars, online, Web Coaching and Project tasks.
