LUNOVU GmbH develops and builds intelligent laser machine systems. In addition to systems for micromachining and special laser systems, LUNOVU focuses primarily on laser metal deposition / LMD systems (also known as direct energy deposition / DED). LUNOVU LMD systems are used for laser cladding or coating, for repair applications and additive manufacturing. Our customers can be found in the automotive sector, in the aviation industry, in the semiconductor industry, in research and development and in many other application areas. A scan / toolpath planning solution integrated into the machines allows complex 3D components to be processed or manufactured additively with almost no programming effort. In many cases, this can drastically increase cost-effectiveness, or it can open up application areas that were previously not considered feasible. LUNOVU is driven by an ambitious interdisciplinary team - including computer scientists, electrical engineers, process technologists and engineers.
