CAIRE (Cooperativa Architetti e Ingegneri) was founded in 1947 and it has been active in Italy in Regional Planning, Urban Planning, Economic and Development Planning, Masterplanning, Urban Design, Engineering and Building Design for the last 65 years. Since 1997 the Planning sector has acquired an autonomous company configuration under the name of CAIRE Urbanistica. CAIRE Urbanistica is nowadays a multidisciplinary consultancy firm with an expanded market in Energy and Environmental Planning and Sustainable Transport Insfrastructural Engineering. In 2011 CAIRE Urbanistica has developed a strategic partnership with Marcel Mauer Ltd (London) expanding its market into Residential and Commercial Architectural Design, Refurbishment and Conservation. With more than half century of professional excellence and with a broader horizone of the EU market, CAIRE Urbanistica benefits from an undisputed leadership in Planning offering advisory services at local and central government levels as well as consultancy for the private sectors.
