FAMUZA is a fashion tech startup located in Tel Aviv, Israel, the Startup Nation. By combining fashion and crowd sourcing technology in a new way, we have created a new and disruptive type of fashion house. We pledge ourselves to real fashion, by real designers, for real people. We let the customer dictate to us what is in style—not the other way around. At FAMUZA, our workflow is built on three key components: designers, factories, and customers. This triangle is our key to connecting the top young fashion talent with customers while preserving quality and fabric. In today’s market, tons of clothes are burned each year because there is no demand for the product. The clothes sit on shelves, go on sale, and then are discarded. This waste costs companies, who transfer that cost to customers. Why pay for clothes you aren’t buying? At FAMUZA, you no longer have to. We calculate demand by reaching out to the crowd. Through our online studio, you tell us if you like the product. Community is important, and the fashion world should be no different. Here, our designers, our customers, and our producers are family. We want to develop a community for fashion where ideas flow between designer and customer without interference. At FAMUZA, your ideas matter. You have the power. Our job is simply to make your ideas come to life. We tap brilliant, up-and-coming designers. They give us sketches, and our team coordinates the production and distribution. We want designers to focus on following their inspiration, so we take care of the rest. Our founders Tomer Dvir and Asaf Hachmon met during a start up conference in the United States, and together realized the waste of talent in today’s fashion industry. By combining the words Fashion and Muse, they created an intimate collaboration of both aspects, known as FAMUZA.
