College Area Pregnancy Services (CAPS) is a Pregnancy Medical Clinic (PMC) offering early prenatal services, resources, education and counseling in a confidential environment. CAPS offers services at two locations, near San Diego State University and in the heart of Pacific Beach. CAPS is a non-profit organization offering help and hope for pregnancy decisions and for those who are struggling from past abortion. CAPS offers a host of resources and a network of service providers for pregnancy, pregnancy grief, adoption and parenting. We do not perform or refer for abortion.
