Cares of Washington is a nonprofit that offers personalized career development, including: skills assessment and training, job placement assistance, long term follow up and community resource connections. Our services are geared towards people with disabilities and low-income residents in the Puget Sound area. We help Puget Sound employers attain increased workforce diversity, reduced turnover costs, improved work performance and quality, long term retention services, pre-screened referrals and job ready applicants. Over the past three decades, Cares programs and services have expanded to four counties in the Puget Sound region. We're headquartered in King County and have facilities in Pierce County, Kitsap County, and Snohomish County.
