Welcome to the Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome Research Foundation! We are a 501(c)(3) organization working to ensure that Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)/Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) patients are diagnosed promptly and can access affordable and effective care across multiple organ systems and health institutions. Our work has three areas of focus: 1) Demonstrate the impact of underinvestment in EDS 2) Advance research on treatment modalities, efficacy, and delivery 3) Educate healthcare professionals about EDS, with emphasis on how to identify, refer, and manage patients
