Cook Eat Nourish offers specialised cooking classes with a focus on nutrition. Our classes cater to a range of different nutritional requirements such as allergies and intolerances, cardiovascular health, diabetes management, and personal needs such as convenience, food preferences and family meals. Cook Eat Nourish is run by two Accredited Practising Dietitians whose goal is to empower people to eat well in order to improve nutrition, health and overall wellbeing. Classes and private consultations are available in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
