Open Constitution is a self governance, communications protocol for inter planetary human society. Open Constitution defines a peer to peer network of open source intelligence, represented by a non-spatial collective between natural persons, legal bodies and electronic persons. The network self governs itself with a combination of human and machine learning algorithms, using Open Governance protocols, articulated in the Articles of Association of Open Constitution. Open Constitution is amendable. Open Constitution governs open source IP assets and digital capital of a global co-operative, maintained by Muellners Foundation, the first fiscal host of Open Constitution. Foundation adopted decentralised autonomous governance protocols, and Global Statutes of the Open Constitution in 2019.
