We connect you with our consultants who are knowledgeable and passionate about bias and identity and who want to share their ideas with you. We want to keep understanding the way the different aspects of our identity work together to create our experience of work. 3. Doing the work. We recognise that everyone is at different points along the journey of understanding and addressing their biases. Everyone we work with has made a start. 4. Recognising. We have learnt from leading thinkers on anti-bias and inclusion. We always credit our sources, and actively seek to encourage everyone we work with to financially support these sources.
