EN/The goal of the Center for Philanthropy is to develop philanthropy and civil society. By its activities CpF strives to encourage philanthropic behavior of individuals and companies and strengthen civil society. We advise donors – companies or individuals who want to give their financial means, time, energy or abilities to help people in need or people with talent the best way of giving. We provide them information on the field they want to support and suggest the most effective way of help. If an interesting project is on your mind we offer you the possibility to join the grant programs we run in co-operation with our partners. Besides financial support to non-governmental organizations and activists or municipalities we also offer to the above mentioned as well as to public and business sectors, professionals, students and politicians interesting information, views and topics for thinking about questions of civil involvement and philanthropy. SK/ Poslaním Centra pre filantropiu je rozvoj filantropie a občianskej spoločnosti. Darcom - firmám alebo jednotlivcom, ktorí chcú darovať svoje financie, čas, energiu či schopnosti, poradíme spôsob ako darovať. Pomôžeme zorientovať sa v téme, ktorú chcú podporovať a navrhneme aj spôsob, akým možno čo najúčinnejšie pomôcť. Okrem podpory neziskovým organizáciám, aktivistom či obciam ponúkame zaujímavé informácie, pohľady a námety na premýšľanie o otázkach občianskej angažovanosti a filantropie aj verejnému a podnikateľskému sektoru, odborníkom, študentom i politikom.
