I am also a certified QuickBooks Specialist, a Xero Certified Advisor and a FreshBooks Certified Accountant. Many clients now prefer to operate on the “cloud” these days, as it gives them automatic backup for every transaction they enter, access to their books anywhere an internet connection is available, and access to the latest available software. Xero, FreshBooks and QuickBooks Online are the leaders in the cloud environment. For the desktop customer, QuickBooks is still the world leader. I would be happy to set up your initial QuickBooks environment, or if it already exists, work on your QuickBooks company file in my home office. And if you are still working manually via Excel or other methods, I would be happy to convert your manual records into a software package so that your books can be easily maintained going forward and you would have the ability to access robust reporting and easily see your results.
