Our products are manufactured according to ISO 9001 standarts by using military test certified wires between 0,20 mm and 16 mm. We work with certified suppliers and use stainless spring wires (AISI 302-304-316-631), mid and high carboniferous spring steel wires (in accordance with DIN17223 norm), oil-hardened spring steel wires, phosphorus, bronze, brass and non-brass spring wires and band materials. Quality system is supervised at all times from the raw material entry to the end product delivery. The orders are tested on spring test devices, checked during the production and recorded and reported before shipments. Retroactive monitoring is provided by production and shipment coding. Upon to the customer’s request, the produced springs are finished by grinding mid-process on automated grinding machines, special covering actions, electrostatic powder paint and conveyor band electrical tempering furnaces, and they are prepared for shipments. For a new spring order, it is enough for our customers to send us a technical picture for each product needed. In case of absence of a technical picture, the samples are pictured, and production begins upon customer approval.
