We understand all goalies are individuals each with unique skill sets and abilities. We tailor all sessions to each goalies specific needs and stress the importance of work ethic and a strong skating and movement foundation. We provide an all-encompassing experience that takes into account on ice training, off ice training, mental skills training, nutrition guidance, and vision training.
