The CHOTTO® ( chair + ottoman ) is a health-focused recumbent task seating design that positions the body in an ergonomically ideal and task-effective posture. It is designed to reduce stress by reversing the unwanted vertebral compression, muscle fatigue and poor circulation that develops when the body is seated upright in typical “ergonomic” chairs. The CHOTTO’s unique geometry, flexible seating surface and pivoting headrest work collectively to disperse body weight, reverse spinal compression, and eliminate muscle tension throughout the body. As the body sinks into the seating surface, the CHOTTO provides targeted resistance within the lumbar and cervical spine to reduce compression while simultaneously adapting to each body’s unique weight, shape and movement. A portable and pivoting tray provides a convenient work surface that can be micro adjusted while nested within the frame of the CHOTTO. The TASK TRAY® is a portable and rotationally adjustable ergonomic desk that allows any common work materials or devices to be displayed at multiple angles or move with the body throughout any standing, sitting, reclining, recumbent or horizontal posture. It is equipped with two proprietary, side-mounted, quick-release and self-locking mechanisms that allow its work surface to be rotationally adjusted within 11 unique positions and throughout a wide, 150˚ rotational range of motion. The TASK TRAY can be placed on any horizontal surface or docked vertically at any height within our optional wall-mounted WALLSTATION™ ergonomic system. The WALLSTATION can be easily installed on any vertical surface throughout a home or office. It conveniently provides for dual-display and power-enabled configurations at any sit/stand desk height.
