My name is Wadih Kassatly. I am specialized in the production of condiments and beverages since 1947. At the age of thirteen, I left school to work with my father who excelled in the art of distilling roses, fruits and herbs from Lebanese ingredients. I soon developed a passion in the art of production which made me perfect our family recipes and cover a wider variety of distilled and fermented products as well as syrups, liqueurs, smoothies and vinegars. My products have reached different parts of the world. In 1997, and after working with my siblings, I decided to establish my own food industry and transmit my knowledge of production to my children who brought their touch of science and modernity to our traditional production methods.
