The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is the political arm of the Pennsylvania House Democratic Caucus and is tasked with protecting Democratic incumbents, recruiting and training high quality candidates to challenge Republican incumbents, and growing the House Democratic Caucus. To accomplish these goals the HDCC assists candidates and incumbents with training, strategic planning, targeting, and fundraising. The support provided by the HDCC ensures that every Democratic candidate for the General Assembly has the tools they need to be successful on Election Day.
