With nine Certified Appraisers on staff, and seven appraisers-in-training, the company is able to supply services to an area of over 3,500 square miles. The appraisals produced in this office are held at the ultimate standards of quality and value, which corresponds directly to the high-status ratings received from each of our 100+ clients. We work on a first name basis with Appraisal Management Companies from around the world as well as small, hometown lenders. In 2018, the growth of the company resulted in a move to a commercial space in Windsor, CO, which is a central location for all Northern Colorado orders. With a full office staff, not a single point of the appraisal process if overlooked. Individual staff are dedicated specifically to order acceptance, up-to-the-moment scheduling, client relations, marketing, professional data entry, and a very thorough quality review before submission.
