We consider our investors as partners – because that’s the way it should be. We believe that to make money in the market you must look where others aren’t. Our strategy involves looking for opportunities that have a high chance of a superior return relative to the risk in the trade. Examples include merger arbitrage and other capital events. By selecting only trades where we believe the potential reward far outweighs the risk, we are able to generate consistent returns that are largely uncorrelated to the broader market.
