We exist to benefit students and to ensure that all our fellow teachers are paid fairly and treated equally. That’s why we attract the best teachers from around the world. Everyone who works for MyCoolClass owns MyCoolClass and takes part in making decisions. That’s one of the things that makes us different and innovative. As a worker-cooperative, we follow the seven principles set forth by the International Cooperative Alliance. We are registered in the United Kingdom as a society and members of Co-operatives UK.
