Mentoro is a non-profit movement that connects more experienced professionals (mentors) with the younger generation (mentees). Since its launch in September 2016, the movement has connected over 350 mentors and mentees across various industries including fashion, technology, communications, digital technology, arts and culture and media. In each cohort, we draw up to 25 experts from various sectors and we invite potential mentees to apply for the program. We ask mentors/mentees to meet 2 or 3 times during the program, for a conversation, a simple exchange of ideas and experiences.
