Our equipment includes for Laser cutting a CL6 Laser 2000 dual pallet 48 x 96 tables and a CL440 Laser 4000 watt dual pallets 2 meter x 4 meter. For punching and forming we have a Finn Power C5 Express punch with load/unload 52 station turret 4 x 8 sheet, and 2 Cincinnati press brakes, max form 230 ton 12' bed with 6 axis back gauge, CB2 60 ton with a 6' bed and a Diacro 75 ton machine with 8' bed. For CNC machining our equipment includes Vf 5 machining center 50x26x25 Table 10k spindle with thru the spindle coolant, VF-2SS 30x16x20 Table 12k Spindle, VF-OE 30x16x20 Table 10k Spindle. Welding equipment includes 5 Miller Tig welders up to 350 Amps, 5 Mig Welders up to 450 Amps, 2 Fixture Tables up to 5×10 in size, 3 Large welding Tables, 1 Amada 40ST Spot welder 80 KVA.
