To achieve this, Challenger Team offers a wide range of capacity building programs, leadership practical training, and guided adventure experiences for corporate, academic, public, and private clients of all ages. Challenger Team’s mission is to inspire, enrich and enable both youth and adults to realize their full potential as productive leaders and caring citizens within their societies. Through interactive, outdoor, practical and academic training, Challenger Team instills confidence and enthusiasm in participants to communicate effectively, resolve conflict, think creatively, and build strong teams. Challenger Team provide training to all ages through three core programs; Life Education Advancement and Development (LEAD), Training Employees and Managers (TEAM), and Community Assistant for Responsibility and Engagement (CARE). Four main pillars represented in every provided experience create the foundation for Challenger’s model: Practical and Theoretical Training, Adventure, Entertainment and Cultural Learning. At Challenger Village, a multipurpose training facility we have trained thousands of participants in teamwork and leadership development.
