My Friendship Values is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, dedicated to empowering young ladies to develop and maintain healthy friendships. We achieve this mission through a value centered approach to relationship development. We believe that, like any other relationship, friendships should be approached intentionally and nurtured in order to succeed. And we recognize a particular need in the female adolescent demographic for strong, heathy friendships. Young ladies are more likely to fall victim to friend circle bullying, which is less identifiable by school staff and parents. Developing and Maintaining healthy friendships has many benefits throughout life. Exciting research shows one of those benefits is contributing to the increase of our lifespans!
