Living in a country that places so much pressure on unrealistic beauty standards for women, Jessie eventually managed to lose 20kg. This was however the turning point in her life, when Jessie realised that she was still not 100% happy with the person in the mirror. She recognised that true beauty starts from within; from your attitude to how you nourish your system with a balanced diet and how you move your body. The shaping and conditioning of daily habits was what Jessie defined as ""habit shaping"" a process where unhealthy behaviours linked to nutrition, fitness and mental wellness are trained to eventually make better choices, second nature.
