As a training and research center, we equip our clients by providing various certifications that has the latest research on inclusion and diversity with the needed organizational change frameworks that will empower the EIDA leader to be a change agent in their organization. DEI CERTIFICATION It’s essential for us that our clients get research-backed methodologies with evidence-based solutions from practitioners that know the industry. Rather than do things the way that things have been done, we’ve created a system designed around what works. A MODERN APPROACH Our theoretical framework is based on Cultural Intelligence at the organizational and individual levels comprised of 3 areas of development: leadership, structural, competitive process. Research on cultural intelligence shows diverse teams can lead an organization into being an equitable and inclusive workplace that can attract and retain diverse talent. ORGANIZATIONAL DIVERSITY AUDIT We must understand where we are to provide the right training and measure growth. Our audit process uses the Thriving Culture Organizational Cultural Intelligence solution. We collaborate with Thriving Culture because their audit uses the same Cultural Intelligence framework that has proven to be successful in developing organizations towards diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility. After we gain the insight from the audit, we can recommend the appropriate training. TRAINING t’s essential for us that our clients get the right training at the right time. However, we also understand that there is a need for varied ongoing or one-time training programs.
