Welcome to Our Club!!! FCGB Center of Excellence is a registered 501 (c) (3) organization based in Montgomery County, Maryland. The FCGB Center of Excellence was established in 2017 by two former European professional soccer players each of whom is now solely dedicated to the development of young players in the United States. Mission Statement FCGB Center of Excellence provides a quality environment and the experiences necessary to build a strong social and athletic foundation for young boys and girls of all backgrounds. With an emphasis on individual expression and creativity, the FCGB Center of Excellence will prepare these young players physically, mentally and psychologically to compete at all levels of play. Our youngest participants, specifically those between the ages of 2 and 5 years will attend activity sessions twice a week. We offer a fun atmosphere designed to introduce your child to the FUNdamentals of sports. With a focus on developing both listening and motor skills by exposing children to a social environment through sports, the FCGB Center of Excellence encourages age-appropriate activities for these youngsters with and without the ball. Our older participants, those between the ages of 6 and 12 years of age will attend activity sessions twice a week. We offer a fun atmosphere designed to continue building the fundamentals of sports. The advanced age-appropriate activities will be more specific to soccer with a focus on individual techniques and basic skill execution. The FCGB Center of Excellence’s programs are designed to develop players at the Pre Academy level in which they would ultimately play for a team within our Academy Program.
