CICO (Center for Organizational Consultancy and Training) is a non-governmental organization that was established in 2006 as a resource and developing center for civil society organizations (CSOs) and public authorities institution of Moldova. CICO contributes to the enhancement of management and leadership skills of the organizations and to their development into sustainable and competitive organizations, based on principles of good governance, by providing innovative and professional management solutions and approaches in order to transform organizations into a driving force promoting changes in their communities.
