In Tobias' own words: "So you’re wondering who I am – many of my clients would call me a fixer. They bring me a problem and we figure out a solution. Sometimes they have to be outside the box, sometimes we take the box and make a bonfire. I was born and raised in Germany, wrote my first computer program when I was 7, started my first company when I was 16 and never looked back. Over the last 25 years, I have worked with many industries, including banking, IT, retail, hospitality, wholesale, service, and entertainment, providing knowledge, ideas and solutions to hundreds of clients."
