The district offers a full-day kindergarten program, state-of-the-art technology in all classrooms, and after-school programs. Troy’s teaching staff works hard every day to make a difference in the lives of students. Numerous district programs support learning and instruction, including: Extended School Day after-school programs, summer programs, reading tutorials and partnerships with RPI, Union College, Troy Family YMCA, Commission on Economic Opportunity (CEO) and others. Each school boasts an active parent-teacher organization with a demonstrated record of success. The district’s athletic teams compete in Section 2 championship games and recently joined the Suburban Council.
