The company was launched in 2006 to develop Fetal Pillow, this device has now been in the market for 5 years and is being used in 18 countries worldwide.  In the UK over 65 hospitals are using the device routinely and the numbers continue to grow.  We have direct sales in Australia and New Zealand through Safe Obstetric Systems Australia.  Safety of childbirth has improved over the years but there are many unresolved problems, we at Safe Obstetric Systems aim to design and develop simple but innovative products for use in emergency obstetrics to reduce risks associated with childbirth.
