Lori Howard, as the Owner & Principal of Hope Designs, Lori is the driving force behind the team. She personally oversees every detail of every design. Lori began her career in design over a decade ago obtaining her diploma in Interior Decorating at Georgian College. After achieving her certification in Home Staging through the Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP) in 2007, Lori & Hope Designs have successfully established a recognized brand and respected reputation in the community of home staging, decorating & design. Lori’s expertise and artistry in staging & design landed her the highly sought after position as the “In-House Stager” for one of the world’s most well-known real estate brokerages. Her aptitude and talent in the field of Home Staging led her to being appointed as a Mentor for The Canadian Staging Professionals, an honour that only 17 Mentors worldwide have received. In 2012 Lori was awarded the title of “International Master Stager” by the CSP International Business and Training Academy.
