With the varied workouts we believe your chances of success are improved due to you looking forward to our sessions, helping to keep you focused. Established in 2008, Elemental Fitness was developed by David Kenyon, a BSc graduate (Leeds University) in Sport, Health, Exercise and nutrition and also a Fourth degree Black Belt in Freestyle Kickboxing and Karate. A passionate kickboxing instructor and personal trainer, David and his team have the knowledge, passion and commitment to help you achieve your fitness goals. Elemental Fitness founded the Elemental Kickboxing Leeds club in 2008 alongside setting up as the personal training and martial arts tuition private services in Leeds.
