Mange Tout is a Hospitality Company founded in 1998 by husband-and-wife team Tara and Brian Beattie. We are currently operating 2 dynamic brands: The Caterers and SI Café. The journey began for Mange Tout as a fine dining restaurant and after just six short months the restaurant was multiple Award Winning with all the major food guides, including a bib gourmand in the Michelin Guide. Shortly after, Brian and Tara identified a gap in the event catering market for a high-end operator in Ireland and in 2002 they modified from a fine dining restaurant to a fine dining caterer, called The Caterers where we are now the venue partner for some of the most prestigious places in Dublin such as the Royal College of Physicians., the National Gallery and Lansdowne Road FC. In 2011, the company opened its first Simply Irish Café, the start of our journey in creating café destinations in some of Irelands most idyllic and historic national properties. Mange Tout currently has 5 SI Café’s operating and are constantly reviewing opportunities for additional suitable sites to continue to grow the SI Café operations.
